1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bulk Banner for Figma plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Plugin.

2. Description of Service

The Plugin is designed to create animated banners programmatically within Figma. It allows users to generate GIF and HTML outputs based on selected frames.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Plugin and for any content you create using it. You agree not to use the Plugin for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Plugin or interfere with any other party's use of the Plugin.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Plugin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mon Agence Creative and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any content you create using the Plugin. We do not use, save, or store any user-generated content.

6. Limitations

For now the Plugin has a limit of 100 frames per sequence and across all sequences. Exceeding this limit may result in errors or incomplete outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Mon Agence Creative" be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Plugin.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Plugin after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
